Juventus striker, Alvaro Morata, has named the club he wants to win the Spanish LaLiga title this season.
According to Morata, he wants Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid to win the LaLiga title ahead of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Atletico Madrid is currently on top of the LaLiga table with 4 points ahead of second-place Barcelona and 6 points ahead of third-place Real Madrid.
“I want Atleti [Madrid] to win LaLiga [Santander],” Morata told El Larguero while on international duty with Spain.
“Because of what it means to them, what it means to their fans.”
He added, “When you are on loan, and there are a number of clubs involved, your opinion doesn’t matter much.
“I was happy at Atleti, and I am happy at Juve. I am happy in Italy. I want to be where people want me to be.”
Morata is still on loan at Juventus from Atletico Madrid.
